Inspirational Leadership: what's on your agenda for 2017?

Seminar on Centered Leadership - Take some time to develop yourself
What’s on your agenda for 2017?
What if you were taking some time to develop yourself and inspire others?
February 7th, Brussels

The Solvay Schools Alumni is proud to announce its second event in the context of its new Development Program that aims to empower its alumni.

The most effective and inspirational executives use a collection of leadership styles, each in the right measure and just at the right time. They know and when to tell and direct, when to listen and alignwhen to question and coach. They know how to empower people by helping them solve their problems rather than by solving them for them. They can tap into their team’s energy and resources by helping them reach their own insights and set their own actions.

What are the leadership styles you use the most? How flexible are you? What makes you decide to use one style rather than an another? In our experience, most leaders are comfortable with the more “tell and direct” styles and find the “question and coach” leadership style the most challenging. However, the “question and coach” leadership style is exactly the one that taps the most into people’s energy and inspires them.

Are you an executive? Do you manage people or teams? Are you an entrepreneur? Do you interact with clients?  And are you ready to question your leadership style(s)? To flex your “question and coach” muscle? To learn how to tap into other’s people energy and inspire them to act? Then come and join us on February 7th, at 20.00 for a two hour session to start your own Inspirational leadership journey!  Start discovering how the “question and coach” can be a great source of energy for yourself and help you to inspire others!

The session is open to all, senior and less senior. It will be useful on its own, but those of you who want to explore further and make real work of connecting with their leadership style and developing their emotional intelligence, we will also offer a longer event to go deepest and experiment more practice. Those interested can register for a residential day and a half (March 24, 2017 at 3pm and March 25, 2017). More details will follow.
Our guides for both sessions will be Deborah Lacher and Brigitte Lipshutz, both masters in that field.
