Deborah is an experienced
consultant, facilitator, trainer and business senior executive

experience comes from her practice work over the last fifteen years in

Brigitte has a passion to help people and teams grow in their
development and change journey. She loves seeing people reach new
insights and get energised. She coaches individuals, groups and teams
in the private sector as well as in most of the European institutions.
Brigitte holds a PhD in cognitive neuroscience and still likes to keep
up to date on the latest neuroscience, then transform that knowledge
into pragmatic tools for her trainings on topics such as motivation,
resilience and emotional intelligence. Brigitte's background also
includes a few years as a consultant (senior associate) at the Boston
Consulting Group as well as a few years at the leadership lab of Egon
Zehnder. Deborah and Brigitte have collaborated on several
projects in the past few years, mostly to develop tailor-made blended
leadership development programs including 360° assessments,
individual and group coaching.
